如何說服別人有危機感?

經濟不景氣來時,人們傾向於擔心他們會損失些什麼,而非他們會獲得什麼。但是,若是沒有危機感,就不會有創新與成長。

要說服他人有危機感,請用他們關切的事情來說服。讓他們知道他們造成的錯誤有多麼嚴重,而回頭思考你所提示給他們的正向思考與創意。讓他們知道,如果不改進的話,會如何落後,而非在市場能夠保持領先。讓人們產生危機感。讓大家知道,如果今天不用力爬山,遲早也還是要爬山的。
