Be the same boss when you are stressed and when you are calm
How do your immediate subordinates describe your behavior under pressure? Many bosses become emotional, controlling and sharp-minded. This will have a huge negative impact on the morale and productivity of their team. To effectively lead a team under pressure, consider the team dynamics you want to build over time. Then think about whether your stress-driven behavior supports or destroys it.
For example, under normal circumstances, you don't try to motivate people with fear or threats, so don't do it when you're under pressure. Discuss with your team why you are under pressure and what you need from them, and thank them in advance for their extra efforts.
Usually, in a tense conversation, you won't get angry or shut up, so don't let pressure prevent you from listening to others or indulging you in meditation.
Once the stress of this period is over, your team will remember your leadership during this period. So make sure their memories are positive.

Pay attention to the stress in the team
As a leader, you should pay attention to whether there is any sign of pressure on your team. Is your team out of work? Is there anyone who is ill?
Notice the warning signs: Dose someone in your team look too tired or too often overwhelmed? Are they out of control lately?
Of course, everyone has good and bad days, but most people can adjust their moods in a proper way. Depression may be a sign of stress.
If you notice these signs happen, talk with that person. You may ask a simple question, such as "Are you okay?" or "How are you?" if the person is willing to talk, please refer to the sign you observe and express your concern.

Put some pressure on the team may help to improve performance
The team will collapse under pressure, right? Not necessarily. Experienced leaders understand that if you want to develop new products, get customer orders on time, or meet quarterly performance goals, you must put some pressure on your team. The key is to give proper pressure.
Executives want to motivate their employees to show their best job performance, but not enough to allow them to sacrifice their sleep. If you think your team members are under such pressure, you can increase their frequency, point out what they haven't done yet, and teach them how to do well.
When the employee perceives that you are paying attention to her behavior, the pressure on her work will increase automatically.
