但是如果領導者只關切在大願景上,而弄不清楚如何讓他人將這些大概念確實推動進行,則會讓自己與組織或團隊之間發生脫節。你應該避免成為只會畫大餅的領導者。
你應該在做決策與制定策略時,考慮到現實世界的資源、成本與時間局限。
用嘴巴要求別人去實現你的概念是比較容易的,但是你也應該自己卷起袖子,並且去瞭解如何才能讓你的點子確實能夠實現。
