- 關注在目標上。向大家說明公司要什麽目標,例如,人才發展,銷售成長,服務改進,等等。將你的回饋意見導引大家去關注到如何達到這些目標。
- 經常回饋。如果你的回饋是在公司半年度檢討會議上才提出來,那麼效果多半很低,不會有多少人體會你的企圖。
- 你應該給予的回饋。你若是經常的以各種形式表達你的意見,你員工就能夠正確的吸收到你的信號。
- 要明確。明確講出來你希望員工改變哪些行為。說清楚你希望人們改變成什麽樣子。你最好舉出範例讓人們能夠理解你的真正意思。
