- 化解紛爭。宣揚合作才是解決問題的途徑,而不合作是絕對不能被容忍的。
- 求同存異,逐步化解歧義。先找到雙方有共識之處,要求雙方在這共同的基礎上建立合作,並請雙方尊重對方的觀點;在合作過程中,逐步找到衝突解決之道。
- 繼續跟進。你的工作還沒有結束,繼續觀察,並及時解決餘留的問題。
