改善讓人煎熬的工作場所

繁重的工作,壓力,競爭的氛圍,種種的因素,在一個煎熬的工作場所里是非常不愉快的,甚至會讓人非常痛苦。
以下的幾個作法能夠幫助將工作場所產生正面的變化:
  1. 開始面談。以隱秘的一對一面談方式,與你的員工開始對談。讓他們有機會發洩,然後參與解決他們所提出來的問題。
  2. 幫助,而非強迫。幫助員工將面臨的問題作完整的思考,但是不要告訴他們如何去解決。讓他們自己承擔起改善問題的責任。
  3. 不要光說不作。請求員工將抱怨轉化為改善承諾。你會因為你願意聽取的傾訴,而所做出的改變,來贏得員工的信任。
Improvement of torturous workplaces
Hard work, stress, a competitive atmosphere, all kinds of factors, in a tortured workplace is very unpleasant, and even very painful. 
The following practices can help bring about positive changes in the workplace: 
  1. Let's start the interview. Start a conversation with your employees in a secretive one-on-one interview. Give them a chance to vent, and then get involved in solving the problems they raise. 
  2. Help, not force. Help employees think through the issues they face, but don't tell them how to solve them. Let them take responsibility for improving the problem themselves. 
  3. Don't just talk about it and not do anythingAsk employees to translate complaints into a commitment to improvement. You will win the trust of your employees for the changes you make because of what you are willing to listen to.
