- 實驗看看。指定在你的團隊中的1~2名成員不露聲色的推動一個新項目,保護他們避免受到質疑。
- 公佈成果。將項目實驗成果公佈給公司內的其他主管,并請求他們支持這個項目。
- 密切管理。在整個項目過程中,確保所發生的成本不會超過公司可以承擔的損失。如此,你的團隊才可以盡早看到行動的正面成果,也能夠體會一名企業家會如何思考。

Teams in large organizations can easily get stuck in bureaucracy, and they take a long time to execute projects, get approval, and get the resources they need. But you can also help your team think and act like an entrepreneur.

- Experiments. Assign one or two members of your team to work quietly on a new project to protect them from being questioned.
- Publish the results. Publish the experimental results of the project to other executives in the company and ask them to support the project.
- Close management. Throughout the project process, ensure that the costs incurred do not exceed the losses that the company can afford. In this way, your team can see the positive results of the action as soon as possible, and also understand how an entrepreneur will think.
