員工在好天氣還是壞天氣生產力高？

不過，事實可能不是如此。

在好天氣中，員工的心思很容易飛到外頭去，會不斷在想著午休時間可以到咖啡店去與朋友聊天，或是想著下班去shopping，或是想著反正不必趕工，多加班一點時間就是了。

相反的，在陰雨天氣中，她無處可去，反而會專心工作，或是她急著將工作趕快結束，擔心會下班太晚要塞在車陣中。

至少，你可以觀察到，在陰雨天中，辦公室內通常比較安靜。
