發揮團隊的最大戰力

與普遍認知相反的,團隊並非總是解決問題的最佳形式。一個專業的團隊有的時候反而會被協調、競爭,以及激勵等作法破壞了它的能力。
採取以下的方法能夠讓你的團隊取得最佳成功的機會:
  1. 指定代表反對的發言者。團隊運作中,常使用集體思考的作法。然而,這通常并不能真的能夠發現問題,得到解決方案。你可以指定某人扮演魔鬼代言人,質疑大家的主張。
  2. 避免雙位數。團隊成員人數應該愈少愈好,千萬不要搞一個團隊人數超過9個人。
  3. 保持隊形。盡量避免汰換團隊成員。組建完成的團隊,通常比經常汰換成員的團隊,表現來得好。

Contrary to general cognition, teams are not always the best way to solve problems. A professional team sometimes destroys its capabilities by coordination, competition and incentives.
Take the following steps to achieve the best chance for your team to succeed.
  1. Designate a speaker representing an objection. Collective thinking is often used in team work. However, this usually does not really detect problems and get solutions. You can designate someone to play the devil's advocate and question your opinions.
  2. Avoid double digits. The number of team members should be less and better. Never engage in a team of more than 9 people.
  3. Keep the formation. Try to avoid changing team members. The team formed is usually better than the team that has often replaced members.
