三招讓高效員工知道你對他的肯定

在你的團隊中,出現了工作績效高的員工,是你的福氣,他也很需要你對他的肯定!
不要假設他平常就知道你是肯定他的工作表現的!
以下有三招可以讓你在表達對他的肯定時,他會聽起來更受用、更鼓舞:
  1. 指出他目前工作優良表現的特殊點,並公開表揚。每個人的工作都有一個範圍,包含了許多細節,將這位員工做得特別優良的細節指出來,說出你的看法,並可以誠懇地與他交流,讓他說出他如何構思與如何做到,讓他感受到你知道他的獨到之處。達到共識後,可以請其他員工過來觀摩,說出你看到的精彩之處。
  2. 給他一個他還可以再進步的工作指標。工的成就感,在於能夠以他的能力一步步地解決問題,逐漸地進步。以你對他能力進步的瞭解,給他下一個工作指標。他會知道你是在他肯定現有表現上,才給他更具挑戰的任務。

Three ways to let efficient employees know your affirmation of him
