保持企業內溝通暢通

溝通是維持企業運營的血脈,但是沒有一個企業不會發生溝通不良的狀況。管理者必須讓這種溝通不良的狀況降到最低。 
以下是幾個好方法:
  1. 提供必要的背景資訊。要人瞭解一個資訊,有必要讓他知道為什麼這件事很重要。提供必要的資訊,讓人們知道這些事在公司的優先次序。
