在項目管理上最常遇到的問題就是進度落後。項目發展過程中,很難避免進度落後,但是你可以改進狀況,并最後讓項目按預定時限完成。
要避免讓項目失控,試著用以下的方法來管理你的項目進度:
- 留下補救時間。你可以先綜覽整個項目管理計劃。保留出一些讓你可以補救進度的空檔時間。
- 砍掉項目中部分的冗餘工作。專注在真正的目標。拿掉一些非真正必要的內容,以便節省成本與時間。
- 與項目委託人協商。不得已時,請嘗試與項目委託人再協商,看是否能夠增加預算,延長項目完工時限?
Keep the project on schedule
The most common problem in project management is the backward schedule. It's hard to avoid lagging behind in the process of project development, but you can improve the situation and finally get the project completed within the scheduled time limit.
To avoid losing control of the project, try to manage your project progress by using the following methods:
- Leave time for remediation. You can review the whole project management plan first. Keep some time off so that you can remedy progress.
- Cut off some of the redundant work in the project. Focus on real goals. Remove something that is not really necessary in order to save cost and time.
- Consultation with project clients. If necessary, please try to renegotiate with the project client to see if you can increase the budget and extend the project completion time.
