每日激勵員工

作為主管,如果你的員工對工作失去熱情,或是覺得對公司發展無動於衷,這會是嚴重的問題。
以下是你可以每日激勵員工的作法:
  1. 促進工作推動。員工在看到工作能夠朝向目標前進時,可以感到受到激勵。你應該清楚列出工作目標,以及提供足夠的資源來支持能夠往前推進工作。
  2. 讓工作有意義。你不需要拿出冠冕堂皇的工作使命來讓員工關切。他們僅需要知道他們的工作,無論是提供服務,或是製作產品,能夠對公司產生價值。
  3. 肯定與獎勵。不要等到有階段性目標達成,或是年度績效評估,才來肯定員工。你可以每日都感激他們所作的努力。
