How to learn to authorize?
Many
of us know the benefits of authorization: it helps the team to share the
workload, so that managers can only focus on what they can do. But in fact,
most managers may accumulate a lot of business and become a job bottleneck.
To
solve this problem, must start from the general as a toddler. Often ask
yourself, even every day: "What is the thing I can do only?"
Can this task done by someone else?
Try to delegate easy tasks or relatively simple
projects to someone else, or, combine them to related major projects. But, you have to consider the work to
compete with other priorities, time sensitive.
If
you are still working hard, and hard to delegate, try this: List a list of tasks you may delegate within two
weeks, and write them down when you think of them. This exercise will help you get
closer to completing the tasks you need.
