通過分享資訊向員工展示你信任他們

如果你想讓員工表現得最好,他們必須知道你信任他們。一種表示的方式是公開低與他們分享資訊

Show employees you trust them by sharing information
If you want employees to perform best, they must know that you trust them. One way to express it is to share information with them publicly.
