people may tell you that the only way to solve work in-consistence, is to go to solve the problem.
But this is not always true. Sometimes, the best choice is what you don't do -

you don't have energy to prepare or a difficult conversation, or you may not
willing to discuss other suspected constructive, it is a wise choice.
Let
the problem continues to exist, sometimes can make your relationships with
others to maintain temporary stability. But if you do not care, without
considering the existence of differences between each other, it is possible for
you more easily after the outbreak, or you will start to your opponent to take
negative coping.
