讓會議做出決定

開會沒有結果是浪費時間。然而,有許多會議總是繞圈子一直辯論而非關注在如何做出結論。
要確保會議有決定性的行動,你應該建立起有建設性討論的會議機制:
  1. 開放式討論。不應該有預設立場的會議結論。諸如:“我們錯失了什麽?”之類的開放式信號可以獲得不同的觀點意見。
  2. 誠懇的態度。你可以鼓勵與會者盡情激辯。當人們說出他們真正的想法,就可以觸發建設性意見的產生。
  3. 輕鬆而誠懇。不要搞得會議緊張兮兮的。誠懇而沒有壓迫力的邀請人們發表意見,可以讓人們關注到你的興趣,而提出周全的意見。
  4. 做出結論。當會議結束時,每個人都明確知道他接下來要做些什麽。
Let the meeting make a decision
A meeting without results is a waste of time. However, many meetings are always debating around the circle rather than focusing on how to make a conclusion.
To ensure decisive action in the conference, you should establish a conference mechanism with constructive discussions:
