Get your project started faster

Starting a new project is a challenge, especially if you are in a bureaucracy that must be controlled at all levels. Don't spend too much time fighting bureaucracy. Instead, you can still start projects in the bureaucracy.

The following are two approaches:

1. Use your existing resources. Instead of spending time jumping around at the bureaucratic level to get official approval, use your existing manpower, budget and resources that you can use.
2. Make sure you have the commitment you need next. Instead of thinking about all the commitments that need to be made for the whole project, make sure you get the approval you need for the next step. Some people will want to know the final results, but you try to get the least commitment you can make for the next step so that you can continue to push the project forward.
