不過從員工的角度來看老闆如何看待自己的能力與績效，若你願意承擔的工作項目太多，則你有很大的風險因不能達成任務，而讓老闆對你失望；但是，同樣的當老闆交付給您的工作項目過少，你也要注意了，老闆也許已經對你“留校察看”了。
