Even if it is daily work, also want to say thank you!
We are in the office, often lack of staff to complete the daily chores, say: thank you!
Even such a simple word of gratitude can motivate employees to perform better than expected in their daily work. However, most supervisors are under the mistaken impression that it is their job to get the work done on time, quality and quantity. He did not know that such heartfelt words of gratitude could better rally the morale of the team.
You don't have to be polite to every employee every day, but you can say it to every employee once a week. Instead of speaking casually, let your words of gratitude be directly linked to his work. You can say something like: You finish production on time this week, so we can deliver it to our customers in a timely manner, and we maintain customer satisfaction. Thank you for your efforts. .
You can imagine what a new atmosphere your office will bring about with such persistence. Your leader's mastery of temperament will also produce magnetic charm!

Open an interesting meeting
The most boring thing in a meeting is to sit and listen to one after another useless and boring report.
Next time, when you preside over the meeting, please try to do this:
  1. Use the story to run through the meeting. Instead of choosing a topic and specifying a person to report on the platform, it is better to choose a story to weave a story together and discuss the story, so that everyone can get an inspiration and get a consensus in the story. In this way, participants will be more enthusiastic to participate, rather than sit back and listen to others' reports.
  2. Let everyone participate in the discussion. Don't just ask someone to speak on the floor, ask each participant to respond, comment, or chair a group discussion.

Let the meeting make a decision
A meeting without results is a waste of time. However, many meetings are always debating around the circle rather than focusing on how to make a conclusion.
To ensure decisive action in the conference, you should establish a conference mechanism with constructive discussions:
  1. Open discussion. There should be no preset position of conference conclusions. For example, what kind of open signals we have missed can get different opinions.
  2. Sincere attitude. You can encourage participants to engage debates. When people say what they really think, they can trigger constructive comments.
  3. Relaxed and sincere. Don't make meetings nervous. Sincere, but no pressure, invite people to make comments, let people pay attention to your interest, and put forward a comprehensive opinion.
  4. Make a conclusion. When the meeting is over, everyone knows exactly what he is going to do next.
