讓層峰領導者聽他們所關切的

地位層級愈高的人,愈介意被人批評。然而,如果你用回饋意見來幫助他能夠實現他自己的個人目標,他們會聽的。

Let the leaders listen to their concerns
The higher the status level, the more important it is to be criticized. However, if you use feedback to help him achieve his personal goals, he will listen.
