開好你的全員大會

當企業層峰領導想要傳遞重要信息給全體員工,他們會在大會議廳里召開個全員大會。當召集了企業全體員工聚集在一起,就意味有重要的消息要宣佈,並且希望獲得最熱烈的掌聲。
然而,多數的時候,員工反而會認為這是最無效的溝通方式。
不過,你不需要因此而放棄將大家召集在一起,而要思考如何開好這個全員大會。
你要說明你所宣佈的消息是如何與每個人息息相關。先擱置你的PowerPoint簡報,而改為更多的人際互動形式,讓台上台下產生對話,可以討論。最後,不要霸佔住主席台,若是只是一個人在台上滔滔不絕,也會聽起來像是個破錄音機。 請更多的主管或是員工代表上來發表不同的觀點,讓全員大會辦起來更像是全員在參與。

Hold your full staff meeting
When leaders at the top of an enterprise want to send important messages to all the staff, they will hold a full staff meeting in the big hall. When the entire staff of the enterprise gathered together, it means that there is important news to be announced, and hope to receive the warmest applause. 
Most of the time, however, employees see this as the most ineffective form of communication. 
However, you don't have to give up bringing people together to think about how to do a good job of holding the full conference. 
You have to explain how your announcement is relevant to everyone.Shelve your PowerPoint presentation for a while and use more interpersonal interaction to allow dialogue and discussion to take place onstage and off the stage. Finally, do not occupy the podium, if only a person talking on the stage, it will sound like a broken tape recorder. Invite more supervisors or staff representatives to come up with different views and make the conference more like a full staff meeting.
