保持團隊熱情的三招

有熱情的員工,能夠產生較佳的成績。最好的讓你的員工維持在熱情狀態的方法是你自己展示熱情,但是,你並不需要是個善於搞笑的老闆。
以下有幾個方式可以讓你顯示自己的熱情,並能夠激勵他人:
  1. 關注在正面發展。員工可以感受到老闆是否真的關心公司或是一個在進行中的項目。有激情的老闆他可以說說他要什麼、什麼樣的結果會有助於公司的發展。
  2. 不要忽略負面情況。熱情的老闆並不是整天都是陽光燦爛的,他同樣很現實的關注所發生的問題,他雖然不見得可以自己親自做,但是他重視並可以協助解決所遇到的問題。
  3. 制定高期待值。這並不表示他會提出無法達成的目標,並讓員工增加工作量,但是一個熱情的老闆會激勵員工做出最佳的努力,而不會有過重的負擔。
Three ways to keep the enthusiasm of the team
Enthusiastic employees can produce better results. The best way to keep your employees warm is to show your enthusiasm, but you don't need to be a funny boss.
Here are a few ways to show your enthusiasm and inspire others:
  1. Focus on positive development. Employees can feel whether the boss really cares about the company or a project in progress. A passionate boss can tell him what he wants and what results will help the company's development.
  2. Do not ignore the negative situation. A passionate boss is not a sunny day. He's also a real concern. He doesn't have to do it himself, but he pays attention to and can help solve the problems he has encountered.
  3. Make high expectations. This does not mean that he will make an impossible goal and allow employees to increase their workload, but a passionate boss will motivate employees to make the best effort without a heavy burden.
