如何提高團隊生產力?

在當今面對高度挑戰的商業上,經理人必須具有以最低的資源與時間,產生高度生產力的能力。
無論是個人或是企業組織,都必須具有高度生產力!
高生產力,不僅要求能夠快速產出,更要求能夠以最低資源作出符合要求的品質。
提高團隊生產力關鍵:
  1. 建立團隊。選拔優秀幹才,建立高效運作模式:建立團隊共識、建立跨功能部門協作、激發團隊創意、績效考核。
  2. 專案管理。建立可以朝向正確方向的專案管理形式、消除可能產生策略錯誤的任何源頭、細化作業程式管理而不要只看專案結果、先做小專案管理積累經驗來迎接大專案挑戰。
  3. 時間管理。訂出工作優先次序,什麼工作是重要的?什麼事可以先擱一邊的?經理人永遠沒有足夠的時間。設定目標、建立優先次序、訂出授權與問責機制。
