避免你的團隊陷入盲點

當我們專注在一項工作時,我們容易錯過發生在我們周遭的其他事。也就是說,當你的團隊成員很用心專注在一項工作時,他們也可能錯過其他事。
以下的方法能夠讓你的團隊避免陷入盲點:
  1. 指定一個人來提醒。每次你的團隊開會時,指定一個人來提醒:“我們錯過了什麽嗎?”請與會者每個人輪流說出來,這樣大家都會注意到一些其他可能重要的事情。
  2. 請一個局外人來關注。你可以請一個其他部門的人來關注你的項目。他可能不清楚你的項目如何進行,用什麽方式進行,也不知道已經有了哪些成果。但是他可能可以看出你的團隊沒有注意到的其他事情。

The following methods can prevent your team from getting into a blind spot.
