2. 評估可以有的選項。不要浪費時間去等情況可以得到變化、改善。你必須依據現況，你手上可以得到的相關信息，以及你手邊可以動用的資源，找到最佳的處置結果。
3. 往前推動。依據你的新評估結果，做出決策，並且全力以赴。即使這個決策不是最理想的，先依據現實的條件，先接受。

How to deal with accidents?
