支持員工,以確保你獲得他們對你的支持

在困難的時期,人們會感到脆弱,有不安全感,失去信心。作為領導者,你會整日擔心失去了員工的支持。當領導者有了員工的支持,那種感受比獲得實際的物質支援,一樣的強烈。
但是,你的員工同樣有必須獲得你的支持的強烈心理。你千萬不要因為擁有了領導統御權,就以為你的員工一定會支持你。
