從不稱職的前任接手領導團隊

這種事在企業組織中經常發生,你被上級指派去接手一個其原來主管被拔除掉的部門。這樣的接任,挑戰很大。你被期待要能夠領導團隊發揮振衰起敝的作用。怎麼開始?
首先,你必須投入足夠的時間去了解這個團隊成員面臨的困擾以及需求,然後再決定要做哪些改變。
你要去了解他們過去經歷過一些什麼,有哪些障礙?表現出你的好奇心,關切他們的困惑,先讓團隊成員可以感受到和前任領導者不同的是,現在有人願意與他們一起解決問題。
從這裡出發,逐步的建立起你的領導影響力。
