尊重女性在會議中的發言

理想上的會議,所有與會者都能夠充分貢獻他們不同的觀點意見。但事實上很少有會議可以做到如此。尤其是,當女性發言時,經常會被打斷,而且她們的意見很少被受到足夠的尊重。
