要激勵員工,讓他知道他的工作如何幫助了客戶?

每個人都會希望自己的工作很有價值。當一個員工的工作看起來乏善可陳,或辦公室士氣低落時,提醒他們的工作是有價值的,可以激勵起他們的士氣。
例如,當一名廚師看到客戶喜歡吃他煮食的食物,他就會高興的認真在他的工作上。
即使你的員工的工作成果不那麼實際,點名誰的努力讓客戶獲益的故事,也可以鼓勵其他員工。
