要團隊解決一項艱難的問題,不一定需要讓大家皺眉苦臉,也可以讓它成為活潑而有趣的活動。例如,你可以獎賞第一名想出如何使難搞的客戶對公司產生興趣的員工,或是對能夠找出解決客戶投訴問題解決方案的員工給予公開表揚。
